Osprey is a mix of established neighborhoods, bayfront lots, and gated communities between Sarasota and Venice. Much of my work here is additions and remodels that respect an older home, along with the occasional waterfront custom build, and I handle the flood elevation and the deed-restriction details that come with the nicer communities.
