Lakewood Ranch is master-planned and mostly newer, so a lot of the work runs through community design guidelines and architectural review on top of the county code. I draft custom homes, additions, and remodels across the Ranch, and I build the drawings to satisfy both the review board and the permit office so nothing stalls.
